  1. Motivate yourself every day: Notes, quotes, podcasts, books, articles, affirmations, visualizing, etc. – Always keep your vision and your inspiration in front of you!
  2. Control your thoughts! This is HUGE! Think on the positive, attract the positive – Think on the negative, attract the negative.
  3. Exercise 20-30 minutes at least 5 days per week – Release endorphins, empower your mind.
  4. Create written lists every week and every day of what you need to accomplish
  5. Write in your commitments on your calendar allocating time for your growth – follow through!
  6. Take time to rest and uplug consistently throughout the week
  7. Dream BIG – visualize, dream, get excited about your future, make a vision board and keep dreaming
  8. Learn how to de-stress yourself and practice it frequently
  9. Eat right – Sleep right – Live right
  10. Sow into the lives of others frequently
  11. Dress for success and carry yourself like a winner!
  12. Review your progress weekly – Assign yourself the next steps
  13. Celebrate YOU – Celebrate your success! Go out – buy something – treat yourself!
  14. RESOLVE TO STAY COMMITTED no matter what you see or don’t see happening
  15. Repeat this process over and over for the rest of your life!
